Michael T. Ashley, Esq.
Michael is active in criminal, personal injury, real estate, medical malpractice, and civil rights law. A diligent advocate, Mr. Ashley provides tailored solutions to clients across practice areas and industries to further their interests.
A graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and Hampton University, he served as Director of Government and Policy Affairs for the Mid-Atlantic Black Law Students Association and was a member of the American Bar Association's Law Student Trial Advocacy Competition team. He has authored scholarly articles on police accountability in addition to studying international law at the University of Aberdeen and Wake Forest University's Worrell House in London.
Mr. Ashley has substantial experience in the federal legislature as a professional staff member at the United States House of Representatives in addition to a legal externship with the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee during law school.
Michael is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, and Essex County Bar Association.
